Excellent workout tips here to use when riding your indoor bicycle trainer. I'll add to it in saying that you should track your riding. In fact, I'm a big believer in logging workouts so you know not only where you've come from but also have goals to shoot for.

How long did you ride for today?
What did you ride? Road bike? Mountain Bike? Indoor trainer or outdoors?
What type of training.. ie aerobic, anaerobic, interval, strength?
Distance?
Average speed?
Calories burned?
Average heart rate?

It is a good idea to have a log book to keep track of your rides.
